  • Consultancy & Projects:We acknowledge service requests within 1 business day. Timelines and delivery schedules are established per project milestone as agreed upon with the client.
  • Digital Assets:Upon successful payment, clients receive access to professional resources via a secure digital link or account dashboard.
  • Digital-Only:All services and assets are delivered exclusively in digital format; no physical shipping is involved.

4. Pricing, Currency & Payment

  • Currency:Prices are displayed in EUR (€).
  • TVA:In accordance with Article 293 B of the CGI, VAT is not applicable (“TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI”), unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment:Generally required at the time of purchase for digital assets or according to the agreed milestone schedule for consultancy services.

5. Satisfaction Policy & Right of Withdrawal

We strive for the highest professional standards.

  • Digital Assets:For EEA consumers, we offer a 14-day satisfaction window for professional digital assets, even if accessed, to ensure the tools meet your professional requirements.
  • Consultancy Services:If you are not satisfied with the initial strategic phase of a project, contact us within 14 days for a pro-rata resolution.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
  • For region-specific methods like Bancontact, which do not have a built-in chargeback mechanism, we resolve all issues directly with a manual refund or re-delivery of the service/asset.
